This is a win-win. Our graduates are curious about how it is to work at your company. Meanwhile you will build connections for future recruitments. We will set up casual meet and greet with our Web Development and UX Design Students and alumni to learn more about your company. Completely free of charge and no strings attached. All you need to do is host a meet and greet online or at your office.

Our students live all over Sweden and Scandinavia.

2. We will market your meet and greet in our community.
3. You get a confirmed date with booked students.

Why join the mentorship program?

Our graduates are eager to learn about real-world experiences in your industry. In turn, your insights will help in shaping future talents, potentially leading to future recruitment opportunities. This program allows you to grow as a professional and them to gain in-depth knowledge about your company's work culture and practices. Participation is entirely free with no obligations. Your role would involve providing mentorship sessions, either virtually or at your office premises.

Our students are based throughout Sweden and Scandinavia, offering a diverse range of perspectives and opportunities.
