FAQ

Do I need technical skills or experience with AI?

No. The self-paced pre-course gets you comfortable with everyday AI tools before the live sessions start, so everyone begins from the same foundation.

How much time does the course take?

The programme is designed to fit around a full-time job. You'll join two live sessions of two hours each per week, plus tasks and projects that move your own AI roadmap forward. Expect a commitment of 7-8 hours per week if you choose to do all exercises.

What if I miss a session?

All sessions are recorded, so you can catch up whenever it suits you.

Can my employer pay for the course?

Yes. The course fee is paid by invoice, so it's easy to send the invoice to your employer. Email hello@technigo.io if you need anything specific on the invoice.

I'm not currently working within an organisation. Can I still join?

Yes. You'll apply everything you learn to a real-world case instead.

I have restrictions on AI tools at work. Can I still take the course?

Absolutely! The course is tool-agnostic and focuses on helping you develop an AI strategy based on your organisation's needs, policies and restrictions. In the pre-course, you'll also get to explore different AI tools, including some you might not currently have access to at work. After all, it's good to know what's out there, even if you can't use everything right now!

What if I change my mind? (Return policy)

If you book as an individual; you have 14 days to change your mind from the date of purchase, in line with Swedish distance selling law. After that, seats are non-refundable due to limited availability – but you're welcome to transfer your spot to someone else before the course starts.
