Imagine having the ability to influence positive behaviour change effortlessly and ethically. Well, it is possible (!). In this session, our UX lead coach, Vaida will introduce us to behavioural design and "nudging" - how to impact decision choices by applying psychology principles.

About the speaker

Vaida Pakulyte is a skilled UX designer with a strong academic background in Interaction Design and Human-Computer Interaction. She has worked with UX design at companies such as Happy Socks, Columbus and Electrolux and been very active in the UX design community by writing articles, held inspiring talks and mentoring aspiring UX designers. Vaida is also part of the WaveMakers program where she teaches and inspires a new way of leadership.
